Hanoi Scooter Enthusiasts

Towards the end of 2016, my good Vietnamese friend Daniel and I founded a small informal scooter group in Hanoi, which we named "Scooter Enthusiasts".

It is a fantastic, fun-loving group of expats and Vietnamese friends, who enjoy going on a monthly day trip to places outside Hanoi, to a variety of destinations. We meet at a local coffee shop for breakfast and then begin our tours.

So far, we visited countless pagodas, artists palaces, famous historic monuments, an incense village, a lacquer-ware making village, a Zen monastery, national parks, and lakes. 

One member in our group has a drone (or 'flycam' as it is called in Vietnam) and other fancy photo and video equipment (such as a 360 degree camera), which is great fun and produces spectacular photos and videos.
