Laos ! Laos ! Laos !

Since the early 1990s, when I had the opportunity to visit Laos from my post in Hanoi, I was mesmerised by this country - having suffered so much during the war on one hand and being so beautiful and untouched on the other. I visited regularly over the years, including further provinces and places during frequent trips. That's how I became a huge fan of Luang Prabhang and the Plain of Jars.
